In the complex world of Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), "lost data" is "lost revenue." NXTSTIM faced a critical infrastructure leak: disconnected patient data and fragmented insurance code monitoring were causing thousands of dollars in billable time to slip through the cracks every month. Their ecosystem was functional, but it wasn't profitable, and in a HIPAA-regulated environment, every technical inefficiency carried a compliance risk.
